He has good multi-site management experience and is a fluent French speaker.
He has very strong Project Management skills and has experience of a variety of different projects including transfering production from french factories into the UK, shutting down a site and transfering production to two sister sites, capital expenditure projects and the consolidation of work in time-critical markets.
He has benefitted from extensive training in people management, development and coaching.
He has a good balance between achieving day-to-day results and defining future strategy.
When he is not working he spends his spare time coaching and refereeing Rugby Union and taking part in Triathlons and Adventure Races.
In June 2011 he was elected Chairman of Stoke Rugby Club.
