Tim Dyer is a graduate of the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and is a highly experienced, dynamic individual with many transferable skills and over 20 years of demonstrable operational excellence and commercial improvement.

Tim's experience has been gained in a variety of market sectors including Automotive, Print, Steel and White Goods, both in the UK and in Europe.

Since moving into the Interim world additional sector experience has been gained within Logistics, Aerospace and bespoke SMEs.

He has held various positions of Board Director.

He has in-depth experience of implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques, working in heavily unionised environments, of factory closures, business turnaround and business disposal.

He has good multi-site management experience and is a fluent French speaker.

He has very strong Project Management skills and has experience of a variety of different projects including transfering production from french factories into the UK, shutting down a site and transfering production to two sister sites, capital expenditure projects and the consolidation of work in time-critical markets.

He has benefitted from extensive training in people management, development and coaching.

He has a good balance between achieving day-to-day results and defining future strategy.

When he is not working he spends his spare time coaching and refereeing Rugby Union and taking part in Triathlons and Adventure Races.

 In June 2011 he was elected Chairman of Stoke Rugby Club.
